•  located to the east of Osh city, Osh district, Jalalabat region of the Kyrgyz Republic •   a hybrid design, consisting of a concrete gravity dam and an overflow spillway integrated into the dam body •  The dam is 24 m high with a crest length of 96 m •  and the normal reservoir water level is 1363.0 m •  The total installed capacity :19 MW •  with the installation elevation at 1330.4 m •   the average annual energy generation is 80 GWh
