•  A medium-sized water conservancy project with multiple functions, including agricultural irrigation and urban-rural water supply. •  The normal reservoir water level will be 430.50 m; •  The corresponding total reservoir capacity will be 22.85 million m³; •  The usable (active) storage capacity will be 21.19 million m³; •  The designed irrigation area will cover 42,000 mu (approximately 7,000 acres); •  It will serve a population of approximately 160,000 people. •  The land acquisition for construction involves a total area of 2,373.82 mu (approximately 158.25 hectares). The project entails: •  1,095 persons requiring livelihood resettlement; •  50 households (137 persons) requiring physical relocation. •  The static total investment for resettlement is RMB 149.8223 million.
