From January 19th to 20th, 2025, Qingyuan Company successfully concluded its New Year’s Gathering with the theme “Hold High the Banner of Confidence and Forge Ahead with Vigor” at the Shu Tian Xingyue Hotel in Ya’an City. The annual event was divided into two main segments: a garden party and a banquet dinner. The purpose was to provide a colorful and relaxing experience for all employees after a year of hard work, to enhance team cohesion, and to jointly welcome the new year.

The garden party featured multiple stalls with fun games, creating a festive atmosphere. From traditional games like “Ring Toss” and “Arrow Shooting” to creative activities such as “Archery” and “Crafting Area,” each game drew a long line of employees eager to participate.

At the beginning of the banquet dinner, General Manager Zeng Wenqi delivered an enthusiastic opening speech, acknowledging and expressing gratitude for everyone’s hard work in 2024, and motivating the team to continue working together towards greater glories. General Manager Yang Hongkun reviewed and summarized the achievements of 2024, and through a video presentation, showcased the progress of various hydroelectric and photovoltaic projects under construction. He also expressed his appreciation to the colleagues and their families who steadfastly remained at the project sites. Additionally, he presented his visions and expectations for the new year. Following this, the company’s other leaders also took turns to offer New Year’s blessings and red envelope benefits to everyone.

During the dinner, interactive segments such as a lucky draw, “Touring the Three Gardens,” and blind auctions brought the atmosphere to a climax. Concurrently, the company recognized and honored the outstanding employees and excellent project managers of the year, encouraging all staff to continue their efforts and strive for progress in the new year. Everyone sat together, engaging in lively conversations, sharing their harvests and growth from the past year, and the team’s unity was elevated in the relaxed and joyful ambiance.
