On June 10, 2025, the special single-item project of the water conveyance system at the Bala Hydropower Station on the Jiaomuzhu River in Sichuan Province successfully passed the acceptance inspection. This acceptance was organized by the Hydroelectric and Water Conservancy Planning and Design General Institute, and it was completed after rigorous technical reviews and on-site inspections.

The acceptance process lasted nearly two months:

·         From April 20 to 23, the expert inspection team completed the on-site examination of the physical structures and provided preliminary inspection and technical acceptance opinions.

·         On June 9, the expert team conducted a specialized review of the water conveyance conditions of the system.

Finally, during the acceptance committee meeting on June 10, the project was officially approved for acceptance, and a formal acceptance certificate was issued.

This acceptance marks an important phased achievement in the construction of the Bala Hydropower Station following the impoundment acceptance, laying a solid foundation for achieving the goal of the first generating unit coming online by the end of June.
